The Fertility Center believes that couples are more at ease and have better chances for success when financial arrangements are taken care of before treatments and procedures begin. We have maintained a reputation for being cost conscious and competitive with a focus on minimizing expenses for our patients and being completely upfront about all costs involved. Please feel free to compare our fees with those of other fertility clinics in the Southeast. We’re confident you won’t find the same kind of personalized care and expertise for the same value anywhere else. 

Women and men who visit our offices for consultations, wellness exams, hormone and menopause therapy, and massage therapy among other services are asked to remit payment upon checkout. This includes all co-pays or any percentage that insurance will require if coverage applies. 

Those who need surgery or who plan to participate in an assisted reproduction cycle will meet one of our financial consultants to discuss the monetary aspects of doctors' recommendations. The Fertility Center's expectations will be explained while patients' questions are answered. 

Patients tell us they have been surprised by “hidden” costs at other clinics, especially for contracted services not handled in house. Whenever outside laboratories or agencies are involved, patients usually end up being responsible for unplanned charges. Couples in the middle of an IVF cycle often need additional ultrasounds or lab work, assisted hatching or other advanced procedures that might not have been included in the fee for that cycle. Always ask your healthcare provider for a list of excluded services and procedures (including any limited to a set number, such as ultrasounds per cycle), and find out how likely you are to need those exceptions.

That's why the Fertility Center puts all financial agreements in writing, with detailed descriptions of services included as well as any that are not. Nearly all of our services are handled in house, unless a patient requests otherwise. Each patient's financial responsibility is outlined clearly, and signatures ensure no increases in package pricing. Our IVF Packages range from $11,300 for a standard cycle to $14,000 for a cycle including micromanipulation and cryopreservation. Our financial consultants can help you determine which package best fits your reproductive needs. Diagnostic tests and medications are not included in any of our packages. Prepayment is a prerequisite to admission into the IVF program and is due before medication can be ordered.
